Purple Sound

I first heard Joker on Alex Nut's Rise FM Show Mixed Nuts, 'Gully brook Park' sounded different to all the other grime and dubstep at the time.. strong synth led melodies, and the beats bang hard. In this well written interview Dan Hancox breaks off where Joker, Ginz and Guido are coming from and their take on music.. Bristol is kinda like the Philadelphia of the UK when you think about .. Portishead, Massive Attack, Roni Size.. well worth a read
